Not a business plan.Not a residency program.
Just a place where an artist lived and worked.Over time other artists started visiting.A photographer stayed for a few days.A writer stayed for a week.
A designer came to escape Tokyo and finish a project.They cooked together, walked in the countryside, and worked late into the night.
And something became clear……
Artists need places like this.Not hotels.Not formal residencies.Just a house with space to think.That house became BOHO 01.The first BOHO Studio.
